Once again, this old dude, can listen to his CD's (old school) in his Mazda CX5, so far so good and hopefully it will pass the test of time.

My car CD player quit, wanted to play my CDs on a trip. Purchased several different brands. Tried them and this one was best in ease of use, quick and lasting charge, volume and sound quality. It will not replace a car or home CD player by any stretch, but as a small portable not bad. Wasn't sure if the volume would reach passengers in the back because or road noise so purchased a small wired portable speaker to use with it. It did increase the volume and unexpectedly it improved the overall sound quality also.

First and foremost, this is is the most sophisticated cd player I have ever own. The bluetooth feature as well as A-B Program feature where you can play the best parts of a song is my favorite. I highly recommend anyone who has a collection of cds to purchase this cd player. Best price and outstanding customer service.

I purchased the player to enable me to enjoy my CD collection, which has been "moth-balled" for several years. I chose this model because it works with my Bose Revolve speaker, both via aux plug and Bluetooth. The player's sound is good, but I prefer playing it with my speaker. I'm impressed with the number of features this little player has, for the price. The overall quality of the device is excellent; it's a well-made, rugged little thing.

 I have had 4 other CD Players in the past...this is by far the best player. Easy to set use and set up. The controls are easy to see and use. I use this player every day. If you need to buy a CD Player you won't be disappointed! Works great in the car, I can listen to all my books on CD while driving to and from work.

After receiving the CD player I charged the battery and tried playing a CD. It worked!!! The sound quality was very good, the instruction information was easy to follow and the seller seems interested in customer opinions of the player. I've tried several of the controls and they have been simple to figure out. There are many features yet to try but so far I have only positive comments about the player. Because of its size the information window is small and a bit difficult to read. That's totally understandable. The company was also prompt to reach out for my opinion of their player and offer support if needed. I think that speaks well of their interest in providing a player that meets their customer's needs and expectations. If asked, am I glad I bought it the answer is a resounding “YES�?

Sound quality is good. Bluetooth connected to my Jeep radio. It would be nice to be able to use Jeep radio interface to fastforward, pick tracks, etc. �?must do this on the cd player unit itself. Still worth the price!

Just exactly what I wanted for one of today's cars that does not have a CD player. We will be making an extended road trip in the next few weeks and my wife is tired of listening to the news. This way she will have music whenever she wants it!

Easy to use and sinc with bluetooth. Has tiny built-in speakers that are adequately loud and the sound is good for their small size. Battery provides enough power for several cds before recharging. It is fun to observe its intelligent use of buffer, cd stops frequently and for a long time, saving battery and compensating for bumps. I was unable to make it skip by spinning, shaking and gently bumping the device. I only wish it also had an FM radio.

I have finally discarded most of my old cassette tapes. But I still have many CDs that will likely be with me for the rest of my life. I needed a reliable, portable CD player, with bluetooth capability for home and car use. This Monodeal player is perfect for what I wanted. Compact, reasonably priced, bluetooth connectivity, light weight, easy to charge, good sound quality, and a great fit for when I am driving in my new car, which, of course, no longer has a CD player installed. Got this as a gift for my mom, because her car doesn't have a cd player, but she has cd's she wants to listen to in the car. The Bluetooth capability makes it really easy to connect to both her car speakers and her portable Bluetooth speaker at home.

A step down for me from the model I returned because it was defective yet it plays well and the battery lasted all of two hours from playing CD's. I do wish the battery was replaceable in a case such as this. Having to micro flash card to rely on will somewhat compensate for this issue.

I was looking for a portable bluetooth CD player and speakers to replace my old Panasonic portable CD player and small Tascam monitor speakers. They still work, but I got tired of not having batteries for the Panasonic CD player, having to plug in the Tascam power cord, connecting the speakers together with stereo cable, and connecting the input cord to the CD player, particularly when using them in the kitchen to listen to a few CDs while I cook dinner.I like that the MONODEAL CD player has a rechargeable battery and bluetooth connection, and it paired easily with the Audio Technica bluetooth speakers I purchased (shown in the picture), which also has a rechargeable battery, so there are no more cords.The MONODEAL built in speakers sound OK and it has a few EQ options, but I just keep the EQ set to "Normal." It does NOT have the radio function as was pointed out in other reviews, but I wasn't looking for a radio option. Instead, it provides the ability to convert a CD to a TF card, but I doubt I'll use that either.It has two headphone inputs, and an output for wired connection to speakers, so they baked in all the industry standard features and connections. Overall, it meets my expectations.

I love this player! Seamless Bluetooth connectivity, excellent eq options, great features, and it's really easy to use. I waited to write a review because I also purchased a vintage Panasonic CD player off of Ebay to see how they compare and contrast, and this CD player sounds just as good, and is actually better for certain things like skipping and the Bluetooth connectivity. I was a bit worried about the rechargeable battery, but the customer service with this company is so fast and it's really easy to register for their lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend this player.

This CD player sounds great in my Honda. Just connect the headphone jack to the radio's aux input. This unit does not skip when you hit bumps. There are a handful of graphic equalizer presets to choose the sound that you like. Haven't tried it yet, but this unit also supports a micro SD card that can hold more than my entire music collection. Loving this unit!

I tried several bluetooth cd player, only this one has reliable connection. Unlike other CD player, it lets you choose which device to connect. So you have faith in connecting and rest assured to listening music from your bluetooth speaker. But sometimes, there is very short but noticeable skip. Not sure why. Overall, great.

Mad a MP3 File disk on the PC using windows media player to burn the disk, selected burn data disk and to my surprise it plays fine in this player. The advantage is you can pack more files on this. Note I did notice the player must have some sort of memory buffer so when the disk stops spinning the music still plays it must be doing this for anti skip or to save battery power so do not panic it is a nice idea and the music will not miss a beat.Blutooth worked with my portable speaker could even paus the play back as well as skip tracks with the buttons on the speaker. Note it did not work correctly with my Vacuum tube amp. The controls on the amp would change and paus tracks but no audio would come through. Not a deal breaker as it came with an audio cable to connect to the amp. I will have to try the blutooth again sometime to insure it was not operator error will need to read the manual on the amp as I believe it is the amp not the CD Player.

I bought this player to replace an older one. The sound quality on the built-in speakers is very good, I especially like the ability to connect it to my home stereo or listen via headphones or Bluetooth. Battery life is very good as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a portable CD player.

This unit is the one of the only cd players that had dual headphone jacks. A great feature for connecting various non Bluetooth devices.My one complaint is there are times the bluetooth can take take several minutes to connect. Otherwise it definitely serves my purpose.

This CD player has enough volume with the built in speaker to hear it clearly when traveling in our vehicle's. No need to try and connect with vehicles stereo system speakers, which is ridiculously hard. We are so happy to have found one that provides appropriate volume and is easy to use. Granted most people are into streaming their music these days but anyone with a CD collection needs to add this highly functioning portable CD Player to their toybox, especially at the very reasonable price point, which is even lower with the frequently available coupons.My favorite feature is the bluetooth output, but even without that, the built in speakers are surprisingly much better than you might expect. Besides the USB charging capability (which allows connection to a small portable power bank if you are out and battery is running low), there are programming functions, a microSD card slot, TWO headphone jacks for old school listening more appropriate for shared private listening that also functions an output for direct input that most bluetooth speakers will have or to stereo input with a y connector(if you so choose).I listen to a lot of music while working from home and being able to have this portable player right next to me instead of getting up and down to change discs has led to rediscovering so much of my neglected CD collection. With most computers no longer having internal CD drives, this works a nice alternative if you do not have an external drive.I have yet to try it in the car or at other outside the home locations, but expect it would work fine, when and if that time comes.The casing is of good sturdy quality. A few minor ergonomic suggestions for future models would be placement of the indent for taking the CD out at top right instead of bottom left (which I realize might interfere with other aspects of the build) and maybe small folding pedestal on the bottom that props the player up for easier viewing of the display.I highly recommend that any music lover try this product out !

The product is just what I wanted. Simple, well made, no extraneous bells or whistles.When I first tried it I couldn't pair it with my hearing aids, so I sent a message to the company saying that in other ways the player was great, but I needed to be able to pair it. An hour later I figured out that it was my fault, but they had already responded.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I haven't been able to listen to my physical cds in years and this cd player has given me 00's nostalgia! However I love the modern features like Bluetooth so I can connect easily to my AirPods, but it does have regular headphones as well included that work great. It has decent battery life, it stays charged long enough to listen to several cds back to back before needing to recharge. Overall I'm very satisfied!

I mainly bought this to be used in a garage and basement workshop. I especially like how well it seals out dust and how I don't have to keep resetting the volume control every time I turn it on. The older Philips player I have is extremely annoying because the volume resets to zero when it's turned off. I only use this when it's plugged into a larger portable radio and by doing that the sound is pretty good. The built in speakers are of course very small and even though I don't need to use them they would be very handy for listening to audio books. Overall this is an excellent and well thought out cd player. What really sold me on this specific player was the ability to record from the player to a TF card. Now I no longer have to stop working every time I want to listen to a different cd. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

While this little player has generally received positive reviews, I was not overly impressed, and here's why:1. CONTROLS are poorly placed and difficult to navigate in low light situations, and while the buttons do illuminate, they require you to take a “stab in the dark�?to activate the backlight. Most notably, the [<<] and [>>] buttons should have been placed on the left and right of the Play button (not on the top and bottom) �?Thereby, making navigation more intuitive.2. BATTERY LIFE is poor. I fully charged the unit and played one standard-length CD (approx. 48min.) and the battery dropped to three bars (25% or so) by the end of the disc. In full, I ended up listening to three complete CDs before the unit required a recharge. I ran the player through three complete charging cycles with no improvement in battery life.3. CHARGING via USB-C is a step in the right direction. But unfortunately, the player would only charge from a connected PC. None of the USB power adapters I tested would work with this unit, despite trying different voltages. Apparently, it's 5W or nothing, making the charging process more cumbersome and eliminating the possibility of setting the player aside while it charges from a wall outlet.4. SPEAKERS are very low quality. Not that I was expecting much, but I've heard better sound from an FM transistor radio. About the only reasonable use I could imagine, would be for listening to audiobooks. Not a deal-breaker for me, as I didn't have any intentions of using them anyway. But customers should be aware that the speakers are not very good.5. PLAYBACK is hindered by the player's inability to play through a complete CD without a 2-3 second interruption between tracks. If you listen to live music or mixed CDs, this is annoying as hell. The unit essentially functions as a 2000-era MP3 player that also plays CDs.6. AUDIO FILES don't support the AAC codec (currently the best lossy file format available).That said, I recognize the quality days of the SONY Discman are long gone, but it would be nice if someone would produce a high-end portable, even at a higher price point. Unfortnately, this unit, like many others, is just another short-life disposable. Maybe the next generation MONODEAL will bring us some significant improvements.

I like that I can use Bluetooth and that I can recharge it. It has a nice design . The only downside is the volume. It only goes up to 20. Not loud enough.

After spending last week in the mountains in Estes Park, Colorado with no reception for radio and no Wifi to play music off of phone, I purchased this CD player. I LOVE IT! It charges quickly, sound is way better than expected directly from player without ear buds. Blue tooth connected to my wireless speaker fairly easy. It offers so much more, cable to plug into your car if you don't have a CD player. Excited for our next trip to the mountains, this player will be a game changer for our evenings playing cards and having some toddies!

What a great sounding compact cd player. I like the shape of it. Others are round but this one is square. For me I like that better. Easy to operate. I like the open button being on the front also.

This player is a backup for my older unit, the CW705. I found that there are many improvements !The sound quality from the speakers is now very good, with deeper notes reproduced and no tinny sound from the wide range of sounds. Volume is more than adequate. Together, these make for an excellent listening experience.Controls are operated in the same way as on the older player, so no learning curve for older users. The control lock on the underside is thoughtful and useful.The user manual has a few of the usual translation errors, and it would be useful to have plain English explanations of why I would want to use a "transflash" card and exactly how to do so. Can it be used to record from a CD onto a TF card ?Another advantage is the use of USB C for the charging cable, which is in line with the latest phones and can be inserted either way - unlike the older Micro connectors.I thoroughly recommend this player both technically, and as value for money.

I bought this little CD player to play a CD a friend of mine made for me. I didn't want to spend a lot of money or take up much space. This player worked great. Now that I have little music in CD format mat, this works great for my occasional need. And, I llove that it's Bluetooth!

A little tricky to set up (because of Bluetooth's peculiarities), but once done, works very well. I have many music CDs I don't want to add to the hard drive on my computer. Using this player is the perfect solution.

I originally purchased this CD player to give as a gift for a family member. It arrived in a timely manner (only two days after ordering) and was well packaged. After opening this CD player, I instantly fell in love with how it looked and performed. I love the flexibility it provides by giving me the opportunity to listen to music with the built in speakers or my earphones. I also recently purchased the Monodeal Bone Conduction Headset and will say they work awesome together. I am pleased how well the built in speakers work and surprised how clear and loud they get. One thing that I hope to never have to use is that the CD player is also IPX5 waterproof. Although I have not had to use that function, I feel good knowing if I ever get caught in a downpour, I am happy to know it will withstand water.

I was looking for a portable player that I could use in my new car, as it does not have a CD player. It was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the first unit was defective, in that the volume was stuck on high. But, customer service was very responsive, the return was painless, and the replacement arrived quickly. I appreciate that the unit is rechargeable, instead of relying on batteries. The sound quality is good, but significantly enhanced when paired with a decent small Bluetooth speaker. I can hook it into my car's audio system via AUX cable. I am disappointed that the back-lit display only stays lit for a short period once the unit is fired up, but understand that is to preserve the battery's longevity between charges. The Product is more than adequate, but pales in comparison to the Customer Service. That was EXCELLENT!

 This portable CD player has a Bluetooth transmitter so you can seamlessly connect wirelessly to a Bluetooth speaker of your choice. The built in speaker sounds good on its own too! I was looking for a Portable CD Player to use for my new puppy. I wanted to play CD's of Canine Lullabies and "Dog Ease Heartbeat Music Therapy;" which calms puppies and dogs. I also wanted to be able to take the CD player to accompany her from room to room.Years ago, my friend mentioned that they wanted a Portable CD Player to use in their car, since the car did not have one installed. I was not able to find a suitable one at the time. After purchasing the MONODEAL MD702 and discovered how easy it was to use, I decided to buy the MONODEAL MD702 for my friend's Birthday so they would be able to listen and enjoy their CD's in their car, at home or wherever they might go.

We purchased this so we could once again go on walks and be able to listen privately to our desired listening experiences.

I bought this because my car doesn't have a CD player. I tried several different CD players that were not compatible with my car's audio system. This one worked! I can hook it into my car's audio system with the auxiliary cable. It also has its own built-in speakers, so I can use in my house or outdoors as a stand-alone unit. I like that it's rechargeable, rather than running on batteries.The only thing that I wish were different would be to have a slot for inserting CDs, rather than a clamshell lid. I can't open and close the clamshell lid while driving.

This CD player gets used a lot. It has great sound and is user friendly except when it comes to connecting remotely to my JBL Flip 5. I contacted tech support and got a response from a real person. It's still a bit of a challenge connecting to the Flip 5 but after 3 weeks of use, the Monodeal CD Player has been allowing me to blow the dust off my 30 year old collection of various CD's.

Brilliant little cd player I can use anywhere

This 2023 model cd player MD-702 (on the right in the picture) is an update from the most recent model MD-602. (Left in Picture )The only thing I dont like about the update is that it doesnt include the FM transmitter anymore for me to listen to it in my car. My car doesnt have an aux input and the bluetooth on this is not designed to be paired with a car. However, the speakers on the player are decent enough that i can play it from the cd player while driving and still hear the spoken audio from it well. I listen to foreign language cds. If someone in the rear seat were listening as well, having the cd player up in the front could sound faint. So I could position it on the armrest between driver and front passengers seat to make it better for both front seat and rear seat passengers to hear. Other than this feature no longer on the player there is a new feature added which I think compensates very well…You can now record on this cd player and Transfer data from a cd player to a TF card. I guess I would use a mircoSD card instead. I think thats really awesome. Haven't done it yet though, but im really excited to try this recording feature out. And for clarification the 602 player does have a TF card slot. Just with this 702 you can now record to that card. Definitely awesome upgrade!Some other things, with this new player is you're actually able to see through the top of the player a little bit to see if theres a cd in it already and/or what cd is in it�? In case youre like me and forget what cd you put in the thing awhile ago. Without having to open up and check, i can just glance from the top. Not that opening up the cd player is so laborous …but the see through window is a cute add on.Also There are more things on the display screen.. you can look at the photo. The one on the left is the 602 version and the one on the right is the 702 version.Things I still love about this player that the last one 602 has�?the screen has a blue/green backlight display and buttons have a blue/green glow which is great for using the player in the dark.two headphone ports. I love love LOvE that it doesnt need batteries because the player can be charged with a USB-C cable. I love the hold function on the bottom of the player to keep from accidentally pressing something while its playing. I love the speakers on it so no longer are the days of needing headphones to play it. Adjustable volume control up to 20. The speakers are nice i hear clearly.I would recommend to make Sure to turn the power off immediately when done listening to save your battery. If I only pause it and come back later it will drain the battery. Even if I'm on track 5 or whatever for example and I dont want to start from track 1 the next time i turn it on�?I simply press pause and then Turn the power switch off. And the next time i turn the player back on it picks up from the track i left off at and from the exact same time as well. Beware however, if when you're done listening at the moment and you press the stop button instead of pause it will start over from the beginning of the cd at track 1.What i would have liked to see upgraded is the battery. Its still a 1800mAh. However, for my purposes�?my battery lasts me awhile because i turn off the power when I'm done listening so my battery doesn't drain quickly.Its nice to have another cd player so that my family members can also listen to their cds. I really like this player alot. The only other thing that i Wish i could do with it, is play dvds. Lol. But i guess i just need to shop for portable dvd players now to add to my collection.

I picked this player for its speakers and bluetooth capabilities. Both are great. I use this player to listen to my MP3 books and music CDs. Easy to take with you from home into the car or out to the garden. It's a great little player.

 I received this device as part of a promotion. Overall the MD702 works great. It charges quickly, has good sound quality and pairs easily with Bluetooth devices and using the included cable. I haven't tried using a TF card. The device is very light which is nice, but it doesn't feel like it will withstand a lot of abuse. I like the square platform instead of round. The speakers put out a good amount of sound for their size. I used my device outside while painting a piece of furniture. I had no trouble hearing the audiobook or music unless a lawnmower or noisy car went by. The video was taken on a windy day and I had no trouble hearing the music without it being turned all the way up. The dual headphone jacks are a nice feature.The biggest difference between this model and the MD602 is the 702 has a TF slot and the 602 can connect to your car via a radio receiver. Depending on your intended use, this may help you make a choice.

This Portable CD player is so easy to use. When you put the CD in, it starts playing, it's so easy. The other Portable CD player that I have is difficult to get it to start playing, has like a delay or something. It's easy to Bluetooth it to a portable bluetooth speaker. I used a real small JBL bluetooth speaker, it will go really loud. Battery is lasting a long time. There is different EQ effects. It's great for different types of songs. For country music I liked to use JAZZ effect. Makes the music sound really good.

I love this portable CD player. It's well designed, with easy-to-use controls and two headphone jacks so you can share the music with someone else. The sound is great, the display looks good, and the player feels solid. I've taken this player on hour-long walks every day for the past few weeks, and have had no issues with the player skipping. Also, I've only had to recharge the player twice a week.I previously had the MD-102 model, which had excellent sound but unfortunately developed a skipping issue due to a faulty latch on the lid. However, the company's customer service was friendly and addressed the problem quickly, so I was satisfied with the outcome.

This CD player is sleek and sturdy. It has many features like Bluetooth technology, and EQ effect and the ability to connect to AUX devices that makes this player very versatile. These features are not typically found on similar products. It also has easy to use controls that are intuitive to understand.I use it in the house, in my car, and to play Jam Tracks through my amplifier while playing guitar. It also supports a TF Card for recording. I am very satisfied with this CD Player.

This CD player is very compact and portable, and the sound quality is superb! It also has a card slot for playing mp3 and lossless music, and it pairs well with my bluetooth speakers. Overall very nice and I'm very pleased with purchase.

Great product. Plays CDR and regular CDs! Like the square shape....sets it apart from everyone else. Love the idea for 2 earphone jacks. The blue tooth option is nice to have. Love the fact that it is rechargeable and no need to buy batteries. If you enjoy listening to CD's this is the player you want!
