I've never used a headset before and was leery because I don't like things on my ears. These headphones are virtually unnoticeable. So lightweight and they work perfect for my job. Easy to pair with computer and cell phone. Definitely recommend.
Kinda Morris
These were great during harvest time! Highly recommend for farmers driving combines, tractors, and trucks.
Adolfo Contreras
The equipment has been very helpful, and the sound is very clear. The usage range is also very good (the indoor connectivity is around 5 m, which is fair enough). I have used it already on a flight; it is comfortable and not very noisy for the neighbouring passengers. My boss in London recommends it and definitely is a good product.
Art Cline
I bought these for work in a noisy environment.Upon taking these out of the box they were lightweight and comfortable to wear; even with eyeglasses.Phone calls were crisp and clear.
Squiddie
Microphone easily swings 270 to 'fold' back and out of the way. Sound quality is great, while connecting to some computers through bluetooth can be tricky as they show up as two forms of the same name, (stereo) and (microphone.) Connection to cellphones is super easy.Soft and comfortable to wear, easily forgot they were there until the phone rang.As they don't cover the ears, there is no noise reduction. However, the microphone cuts out any distraction with its directional mic so calls are cleanly heard.
Jacque Cheary
The headset is a great product. It is comfortable to wear and the sound is excellent. I had an issue at first with charging the headset to 100% in less than 8-10 hours as I was using an older wall adapter. I found that charging the headset from my computer solved the problem. The battery now lasts an entire day of Teams calls.

The headphone have great sound quality though I still don't understand how they work. I have been using for a couple weeks and love the quality sound.

I bought these headphones as a backup for my Shokz pair in case they go down. When I bought them I was thinking they are bone conduction headphones but discovered after wearing them a few days they are in fact not bone conduction. They do work amazingly well considering that fact and I am ok with these as a backup pair. I believe for most people these would be sufficient but I work around noisy environments sometimes and true bone conduction headphones allow you to insert earplugs and still be able to carry on a conversation on the phone. So like I said earlier, these are great for the money but just beware these are air conduction not bone conduction headphones.
Sean Kim
Open-ear headphone is a good alternative if you feel stuffed and your ears get uncomfortable wearing headphone for a long time. The sound was reasonably good and the mic was also okay since no complaints from the other side of the audience. I like the mute switch so that I can walk around and unmute whenever needed during the call.
joseph capozzoli
Great sound and the mic quality is awesome.
Skinny Don
They stay connected to the phone. As well as can be expected.

These headphones have great usability and functionality. Also, they are a great hybrid for those who want/need to interact with the world and doing activities, The format also protect your hearing. Some specifics worth noting include:?The big orange button (right ear- pause/play, pickup/hangup) is easy to find. The click it makes is a bit loud when it clicks.?The volume controls are on the right ear are behind the ear (towards the back of my head). They took a bit to get used to, now I find them convenient? They fit snugly and hook over the ears. They stay on through yard work, bending over, moving head, exercise, walking, and (semi-) jogging?I like being able to hear the audio and the ambient sounds and people talking to me.?The sound from these headphones comes from outside the ear and is a bit dispersed before I hear it.o With earbuds the sound is projected and sealed/trapped in the ear. I monitor volume closely, as hearing habituates to the volume presented. In a short period of time loud sounds will sound normal and may damage hearing. These headphones seem to help diminish the risk.?They charge quickly, in about 90 minutes.?The charge lasts about 12 hours.?My only wish was that they were a bit adjustable in the back.

This is my first experience with using bone-conduction open-ear headphones. I don't know if I'll ever go back to using the other style of headphones. These were an absolute homerun regarding quality, durability, and overall comfort. I was searching for days before deciding to purchase these headphones. As I waited for them to arrive, I kept questioning whether I made the right decision. Within five minutes of use, my worries washed away. Every laptop or phone I tested them with they synced immediately. The charging time was not too bad, they are very comfortable, and most importantly, the headphones worked perfectly. The only takeaway is that it doesn't have integration with Teams. Don't get me wrong, they work fine with Teams, and the Teams mute option still works, but you'll find yourself relying on the mute button on the mic boom. I instinctively use the mute on the mic boom as an extra precaution. Overall, I have to say that these are the most comfortable work headphones I have ever owned, and I highly recommend them.

Wow, great sound, and most important, I have a big head and they fit! I gave tried several, but the MD 80 are what I have been looking for! Wahoo!
James D.
Mainly for music but works well with my IPhone 13. The sound is very clean & love how light they are. You don't even know they're there after awhile. The high end range very bright & clear. The bottom end reproduction is nice, not too boomy with no distortion. All in all a great product for the money. I love mine! I listen to a broad range of music and these phones handle all my needs.
anne
I use this to talk on my personal phone and my work computer interchangeably. Works great! Comfy, my ears don't sweat either!

First one that I have owned. Very satisfied.

A different way of receiving sound/message/music.It works! Really well.I highly recommend ...!

Low powered transducers compared to the SHokz (about half) but the mute function works unlike the shokz.
A. Quinones
Very good headset. I work from home and I needed a headset that have good sound and did not hurt my ears. This one does a great job. I can hear conversations very clearly and I have been told they can hear me very good as well. I highly recommend it.
Michael M.
These headphones are fantastic! You can hear the conversation really well without blocking out the noise around you. And with the boom mic the person you are talking to can hear you crystal clear as well! And SO comfortable to wear all day! Battery life is awesome! Would give them 10 stars!!
Joey Gamez III
This is my 2nd device. I have 2 for the reason being that way while I'm using 1 the other is being charged up.1. dislike that can improve is the charging port to be away from body contact so that no sweat will damage it.2. For future devices maybe install a mute button on mic so that way make it easier then having to mute from phone.Other then anything I love this device and can't wait to see the future ones to come and try them out.
Michael
Great sound quality, easy connection via Bluetooth, and above average battery life. I highly recommend whether you are trying bone conducting earphones for the first time or you have tried them before. These are worth every penny.
Robert P.
These are a nice headset for driving or many other things. The microphone does not get in the way nor do you know it's there when you push it up out of the way. Doesn't seem to add much weight. Very comfortable.
treesmp5
Easy setup, can connect to my Cell phone and computer at the same time. Sounds great very comfortable to wear all day

Honestly best head set I have had alil tight but works out

They work well and can last an entire day of use, you can just charge them before you go to bed and you'll be fine.
Jim McC
These are headphones that rest in front of your ear a project sound into your ear. Good sound and microphone quality. Comfortable.
LaDonna Coy
This headset is exactly what I wanted. Bone conduction for hearing and a great boon mic for being heard. I work from home and I'm on the phone a lot and this is one of my go-to tools to get my work done, freeing my hands for taking notes. The device is light weight, flexible and easy to use. The charge lasts far longer than I anticipated so I can charge once or maybe twice a week if I'm on the phone more than usual.

Works great with my phone and laptop

Finally I have a headset that's reliable, comfortable, allows me to dictate with accuracy, and allow me to shift attention from the headset to the surroundings without removing plugs or cups.I didn't expect to pay this little for it, but that's a welcome bonus.
PAX Graf von Andechs
Easy to wear and charge lasts a long time. Easy to sync with my iPhone.

These headphones are a good buy! The boom mike is good for Teams calls and the volume on this headset is really good. I really like that the boom mike has a small switch to mute it and it tells you in English whether the mute is on or off. I definitely would recommend.
CHRIS CREEL
Using this with my computer to make calls through a Web portal. It works great.

My goal was to find a headset to use for my virtual meetings. I had a cheap headset provided by my workplace and they got uncomfortable after wearing for a long period of time. I was searching for something comfortable, wrapped around the back of my head, used bone conduction, and had a boom mic. I stumbled upon the monodeal MD08 and it fit all the criteria. My biggest desire was a good microphone and if the headset sounded good, that'd be a bonus. To my unexpected surprise, the bone conduction earpiece sounded great! The music and voice was clear and had decent bass. I've had the more expensive shokz bone conduction headphones and returned them because they sounded wimpy.I tested the headset on a virtual call and the people in the meeting were so impressed by how great I sounded they were asking where they could get the same headset!Pleasent surprises:- Easy to connect to devices.- The headset charges using usb c. I was able to use my current charger and didn't need a separate micro usb charger.- I'm able to use the headset on multipe devices! I can connect to my laptop and my smartphone at the same time.- There's a physical toggle to mute and unmute the mic.I would recommend the Monodeal MD08.

Sound not as good as in the ear but it is convienent for calls on computer.
Kelli Robinson
I wanted this headset to use for Teams meetings with my laptop. Connecting Bluetooth was quick and easy. Watch for the mute switch on the mic. After a few missed calls on Teams, I realized it was muted. I can hear clearly and be heard just as clearly, with no headphone dent in my hair! The boom mic swings away when I am not using it which is convenient. Multipoint connection also lets me connect to my phone to use while working.

I had a chance to test these MD08 Air Conduction headphones next to Monodeal (same manufacturer) DG10 Bone Conduction headphones. I purchased these primarily for work purposes: mainly to communicate during Teams/Zoom meetings, but also so I can listen to music while keeping connected to co-workers (but not bothering them with noise). In the photo, MD08 is on the left and DG10 is on the right. I have not run the MD08 down to the point it needs a recharge yet.1. COMFORTThe DG10 is hands-down winner here. They are lighter and have more flex in the the band that goes around the head. They sit on my ears in a way that actually makes me forget I am wearing them! The MD08 has a thicker band as you can see. While this helps give it a more solid feel, it forces a wider curve on the headset. My head is smaller so I actually feel these pushing my ears out from behind. This is the deal killer for me as I can't wear them for hours a day as I need to do at work. The band is really big on both of them. They hit clothes and my chair when I stretch my neck. it's more disruptive with the MD08 because the stiffer band pushes my ears even further forward.2. BUILD QUALITYThe MD08 wins here. It feels less flimsy overall. While I prefer more flex in the band, the microphone on this set really stands out compared to the DG10. The microphone stem has a curve with memory. I don't need to mess around with it - just put it on, point it at my mouth and go. The mic hole is on the end so it will catch your voice. The mic on the DG10 has more bendability in the stem (you can see it wobbling in the photo a bit). Also, the mic itself is very directional, with the mic hole on the side. If it's not pointed EXACTLY at your face, it's too quiet for the people on the other end. And because the stem is bendable/moldable, it's easy for the mic to get torqued away from your mouth.3. SOUND QUALITYI'd read that air conduction headphones had better sound quality and that is true. MD08 wins here. Listening to music is a richer experience with the MD08, with a deeper bass and fuller sound. Sound quality for calls is a little brighter, but that also meant that there was a little static when the person on the other end of the line spoke. The slightly more muffled sound of the DG10 meant no static.4. MIC QUALITYAside from the build quality issues noted above, the mic quality is a bit of a wash. When using the headsets to talk to someone on my cell phone, the receiver reported that my voice sounded brighter and less muffled on the MD08 than the DG10. Once I maneuvered the mic of the DG10 to the correct position to pick up my voice, the person on the other end reported a delayed feedback when they spoke. When used for Teams/Zoom/Video conferencing, both headsets performed the same due to the limits of VOIP. No feedback reported.5. CHARGINGIt's nice that the MD08 uses USB-C for charging, hence I can charge it anywhere. The DG10 has a proprietary cord so don't lose it or forget it!In the end I will keep the DG10 for work strictly because of the comfort issue (and also not needing to transport the charging cable), and the MD08 for the rest of my life for cell phone calls and music. I wish I could adjust them to fit my head better, but I won't be wearing them 8 hours a day so I hope it won't bother me too much.

Was looking for a headset from a long time for taking office calls as airpods are not comfy for extended timeframe. This one is very comfortable and sound clarity is also nice.Overall loved it !!!

I'm not a technology person and I was at first skeptical about buying this product, but boy was I surprised. I can't even feel it on my head. Very light weight and the sound quality is very good. Definitely a good buy. My 48 year old son does triathlons. and I'm thinking of letting him try this on one of his cycling rides because he won't have to worry about earbuds falling out of his ears. This would make a good birthday present for somebody who loves to listen to music without earbuds, stuck in their ears.

I love these headphones! The thing I like about them most is the fact they don't hurt my ears. Additionally I can hear everything around me. I guess that could be a minus for some, but not for me since I work remote. The sound is clear and the mic works great. If you can't stand things sitting your ear hurting the cartilage, then these are perfect for you.

It doesn't fit well and therefore doesn't stay in place as well as it needs to work properly.

I've had bone conduction headsets before and loved them. No more earaches. This one sounds better thanany other one and the attached microphone makes it easy for them to hear me.
don henderson
I have 2 honest comments/suggestions on the product:1. Range of the Bluetooth seems less than other bone conduction headsets I've used. They tend to lose connectivity after exiting my home office and walking 10 feet from my laptop.2. The mute switch on the boom mic is difficult to maneuver during calls. Others on the call can hear me trying to mute the call. A mute button on the body of the headset would eliminate the awkwardness of the switch on the boom mic.a. Also, mute integration with Microsoft Team would be beneficial. Other wise you risk the dreaded ‘double muted'.Other than that, I do like the headset and use it when I know I'm staying in my home office.

Firstly, these aren't horrible, unless you've used something better. These are not really "bone conduction" so much as they are a speaker driver without a cone. You can clearly hear these from across the room, but they don't conduct thru to your ear bones well. With true bone conduction earphones you can use earplugs to keep wind out and hear perfectly, ear plugs just deaden the sound of these. If you are comparing these to the Opencomm by Shokz (which usually sets the bar for comparison) you'll be disappointed. You won't have any private conversations on them, as people near you can hear as if you were on speakerphone. On the upside, these are a bit larger than the Opencomm and comfortable. These are about half the price as well, so there is that appeal. They DO work well for cancelling background noise for the person on the other end. There is very little depth of sound for music. Mostly just voices and a little guitar, no real bass to speak of. These will likely work better than cheaper knock offs, and if its your first pair or a gift for someone, it may be a good price point. I tried to use these as a replacement for a set of Opencomm I lost. I need to be handsfree at work as a Paramedic, and these just don't perform well in that environment. I had hoped they would be "good enough" for half the price, but honestly they are about half the quality. Again, they are not bad, by themselves, but they just don't compare to the proper opencomm set. If you can afford to compromise these are more affordable.

I love this headset and ordered a second one to leave attached to my computer. The first one is used with my iPad and iPhone. Switching between the two is super easy. I have used other Bone Conduction Headsets but this is the only one I've found with the mic boom. To me, that is essential for Zoom, Phone Calls and Teleconferencing. Headsets without the mic boom do NOT pick up your voice through your jaw bone as well. If you want to use for phone and conferencing, this is the headset to purchase.

Great Sound Quality, and I like that there is an option to mute the Mic.One of the things that I really like about these headphones is that they are very comfortable to wear. The earpieces are designed to be lightweight and fit comfortably against your head, so you can wear them for long periods of time without feeling any discomfort. This is especially important if you're someone who wears headphones for extended periods, whether you're using them for work, exercise, or just listening to music.

Light weight headset, sound is clear, very easy to connect and operate!

I never had this kind of headphones and the concept is interesting: been able to hear music/talk on your phone while been able to still hear your surroundings. I would not use this headphone during workouts since I believe is weird to have that microphone hanging right there. If you don't mind, then you will love it.I personally use to answer my calls while working at my office. No issue with the quality of the product so far.

Let me start by saying I was sent this after I returned a different model of the same brand that I was less than impressed with. I agreed to try it out for fully expecting it to be of poor quality like the X100 was for me. I had already purchased a Shokz brand and was happy with it. Well after daily use ( 8 or more hours a day ) for a few weeks, I was impressed.Call quality was good, noise cancelling for person on other end of the call was good also. Battery life was good enough for all day use. I got about 10 hours use one day between talk and music. Charging seemed pretty fast with the type C usb port. I would plug it in to charge while completing my pretrip check and paperwork and hooking my trailer up.The mute switch on the mic boom is perfect. If I could change anything about it, it would be a slight increase in volume output. A case would be a nice addition for a few dollars more as well, but not a deal breaker. I'll update this review after a few months, but don't expect much to change in that time.

Headphones provide quality sound and are comfortable on the head. I like the fact that my ears don't feel "blocked" and can hear other sounds as needed.

This was a new concept to me...was amazed how well it works!..clear sound and comfortable to wear!..Love the product!

I bought this headset because I wanted to listen to music while riding my bike. It works great for this as I can still hear the sounds required to keep me safe.Music quality is very good, placement though important is simple to achieve. The headset paired quickly to my iPhone.Overall very happy with this headset!

These MONODEAL Bone Conduction Headphones with Mic, Open Ear Headphones Wireless Bluetooth have a good quality sound allowing you to avoid the prolong use of having an earbud in your ear. These feel comfortable and have a good sound displacement. Caller hear me clearly and the playback of callers, and listening to music through them has a good playback sound. I was able to even pair this to my laptop making a much mores easier flawless zoom meeting connection. Id recommend these MONODEAL Bone Conduction Headphones with Mic, Open Ear Headphones Wireless Bluetooth headset to anyone they are offered at a good price point, and the battery life is shockingly long. Highly recommend this headset. easy to charge the control buttons easily locatable and marked.
Modbass
These are great headphones. They have all very long battery life. Quick to charge. They have USBC and I've been told sound really good on the other side. The only issue I found with them is the fact that with my hearing difficulties they're not quite as loud as I would like them to be
Cindy E.
Love the sound, control button visibility and access, and mic.But they are heavy and hurt my ears. I need headphones I could wear all day with easy controls and good sound. Great for that. But..had to take them off after a couple of hours because they were too heavy and hurt my ears where they rested.

I was in the market to find a replacement for my over-the-ear and in-ear headphone with mic units. I work from home ever since the pandemic and needed a comfortable headset for 8+ hour work-day. After much research, I was convinced that this bone conduction headset was the way to go and I was right.Pros: Instantly, I no longer have the ear aches like I used to. The setup was painless and pairing with my laptop was easy. It switched between my various pc apps e.g. Zoom, Teams, Slack, Call Central and mobile phone seemlessly. Magnetic charging was very convenient. I did have issues with my laptop recognizing the mic as an input device, but support was responsive. The issue was prob due to my laptop than the headset.Improvements that can make the set better: more than two device connections, even though it was so much more comfortable to wear than the over/in the ear headsets, the back of my ears do hurt after prolong use. If Monodeal could find a way to make this more comfortable to wear for longer period of time, this headset would be perfect at the price vs features point.
AG
This headset has nice sound and (important for me) a good mike since I use it for phone calls all the time. I tested the mike by leaving voicemails for myself using this and two other headsets, and this was the clear winner. It was easy to install. The fit was slightly awkward for me at first because it is the first time I'm using this type of headset, but I'm already more comfortable with it after using it for a week.
Jacque
First most important I bought these for me and my husband wanted to try them. Now I've got to get another pair! For the price they are outstanding. I usually use noise canceling head phones as I'm hard of hearing. But then I can't hear anything else while using them, ie?phone ringing, door bell, husband talking blah blah blah.I've read about the bone conduction and wanted to try them. I hate anything in my ears. So these puppies get a ten from meSound is awesome. Once acclimated to the buttons. Ect?easy peezy. My husband has a big head as you can see in the photos he is very happy with the way these fit and feel.Plus these use radio waves so no internet you just need a blue tooth device to pair with. Also NO WIRES!
Morris B.
They did really well with this new model, the battery improvement and the upgrade on the plug connector (from random to USB - C) make this model more attractive and versatile than the previous one.Size is the same, but they include a button on the mic to mute, so make it quick to find this feature that is usually the most used, even more than the volume that you rarely touch once you adjusted. They don't drop and don't feel so tight so my ears are comfortable. Also arrived well and quickly, with no problem with shipments.
DeFrance Clarke
I was able to pair with my iPhone easily. Volume is adjustable and certainly adequate. I was hoping to use with my PC but would need a Bluetooth adapter to make that work. The one downside is the microphone mute switch has two tiny icons that look identical even with magnification. The documentation just says essentially "look at the icons". I like the ability to swing the microphone out of the way when not in use.UPDATE: I ordered a tiny USB to Bluetooth adapter and following the directions paired the headset with my PC. It works flawlessly even with my Ubuntu Linux operating system.
Carl
Back of the headset would be nice if it was adjustable to fit better. Love that when you put the microphone mute on or off the is says it, so there is no guessing if it's on or off. The on & off botton is big and easy to find. But the microphone & volume buttons are small & hard to find when you have the headset on. Battery seams to be holding up real good. Using it at work is great, able to walk away from my desk & not loose connection. Headset doesn't pick up much at all of the background noise. Able to be Teams (Microsoft) meeting while I'm multitasking & no one notices it.Headset works good at home or in a car except if you are hard of hearing it does not have enough volume if you are in a noisy car (like a convertible hardtop) going at highway speeds. So far this little headset is doing a good job overall. Time will tell how well it holds up.
F & S. Johnson
These are great headsets. They don't block the ear canal - so you can hear approaching cars, don't get sweat build up in your ears, etc. The mic easily swivels out of the way when you don't need it. Even better, it has a mute option. The buttons are large enough that they are easy to find by touch when active. The sound is very clear. It uses a USB-C cable to charge and the buttons all work in an well thought out way (at least to me.) I like that the headset is connected rather than ear pods so I don't have to worry about losing one if I hit a bump on my bike or when going fast downhill (been there, done that.)
TYW
The headphones work great for me. They are lightweight and stay in my ears without slipping. The sound quality is good. I like it to tell me the power is on and connected. I didn't need to wonder if my headphones were connected or not when I joined a meeting online. So far the Bluetooth connect/disconnect works very smoothly. It works much better than the other Bluetooth earbuds that I have. I used to use headphones that have thick foam ear muffs. I found these headphones to be much better than them. I don't feel hot or heavy stuff on my head. I am very happy with this product.
Billy Wright
One touch multifunction button, ease of use Voice assistant making calls. The clarity of the person talking to you. Would recommend these to anyone and everyone. Perfection!
TanH
I wouldn't recommend using these headphones when you're out and about but they are perfect for home use. There isn't any noise canceling on the headphone itself and there is sound leakage so other people around you can hear what you're listening to. The microphone however does have noise canceling so whoever you're talking to can hear your voice clearly. This makes this headphone perfect when you're working at home with dogs barking or just relaxing watching some TV while talking to someone. The comfort of not having something shoved into your ear is not to be underestimated and is the main reason why I don't wear my other pair of expensive earphones too often. The audio quality of these headphones honestly suck compared to the other one but the comfort factor is most important. I can wear these while washing my car or gardening without worrying about them falling out of my ear and sticking them back in. Audio quality is mostly important for music anyway so these work best for listening to podcasts or audio books.
R. Martin
This wireless headset connected quickly to my phone and my newer model work laptop. It did not play nice with my older desktop, however. Sound quality is pretty decent--I am not an audiophile, so I can't comment on anything but the crisp, clear voice and music I heard. Noise canceling seemed better than average as well--tested this in front of a fan on full blast and there was no static or distortion heard on the other end. I then walked away from my phone and got about 50 feet away, with some walls inbetween, before it began to distort the sound. Fits comfortably on my head, sits properly right at my ears. Really like these, hope they last!

Hello, this is I think the third product that I've gotten from this company. I don't have anything bad to say about any of them. Let me start with that. However, I would say this one is my favorite. So far. I like the charging port on this one. I like the fact that the battery lasts about a day and a half with continual use. The fit feels good. I wear it all day for work and I can move from music podcast to phone calls to video chats with no issues. The only thing I would say I noticed is when I pause and I go back from paws. There's a little bit of buffer but that's just a minor inconvenience of technology that I would expect. I would definitely recommend these, especially for the price that they are asking for.
