My wife, who likes CDs, wants to play CDs in her car, and for that I got a similar unit that puts out an FM signal she can tune with her car radio. But she also has a Bluetooth speaker in her sewing room and would like to enjoy CDs there too. This pairs easily with a Bluetooth speaker; the display identify what Bluetooth devices it "sees," which is helpful. Sound quality is fine. The unit itself is very quiet and seems well-made.Monodeal indicates this might not pair well with Bluetooth in a car, and I haven't tried, but it pairs easily with the speaker. The package also includes a cloth case, a charging cable (USB to USB C), a two-way mini audio cable, and wired earbuds, all of which can be used with this unit.

And I don‘t know if it was because of the specific type of headphones I own, but there would be a lot of times where the sound just completely cuts off prompting you to pause the song that‘s playing, go back to Bluetooth settings and reconnect them back again which has been nothing sort of annoying.With all that said though, I檇 absolutely recommend this for any lovers of physical albums and media in general. Good to have in travels and great for relaxation.

Ideally, I wanted one compact/space saving device that was portable (within my home), rechargeable, able to handle USB flash drives as well as CDs, and that could be used with or without earphones. I found the perfect answer to my needs in the MONODEAL portable, rechargeable CD player which I recently purchased. It came beautifully packaged and was easy to set up and operate. The sound quality is amazing given its size. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

But, I wanted to play CDs (without having to copy them to iPhone, etc) in the kitchen while I'm preparing food, cleaning, all those other things that one does in the morning. Now I can.The Monodeal CD player attaches to this ancient, but excellent, speaker via the 3.5 mm cord and produces excellent sound. It takes its place on my busy and often crowded kitchen counter top and occupies very little space while letting me listen to CDs. Old fashioned, I know, but it provides just what I want. I decided to try this one which was at $49 when I purchased it from Amazon. It is great- we have used it several days now and the sound quality is excellent. It came with the Auxiliary plug we needed as well as one set of headphones if you want to listen when walking, etc. It is an excellent example of both price and quality.

Everything works as advertised, with the exception of one thing better than advertised. After some bumbling, I was able to get the Bluetooth to connect to our Toyota RAV4, which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent packaging and accesories included.

For the first time user of this type product, I love it. Easy to use once I got the hang of it. Great sound with a headset and also with the portable speaker I just got. I'd recommend it to others looking for a portable cd player.

This is a compact, very well made digital CD player with every feature one could want. Has internal, rechargeable battery, bluetooth for headsets and plays from SD cards. Beats the old Sony players ?which I used for 20+ years. Kudos to the Chinese!

I have a sizeable CD collection. I'm a composer and listen to all sorts of music. I love the sound of .wav files. And I love OWNING and not streaming my music. I grew up on vinyl and remember how easily records scratched, as well as how expensive really good sound systems cost. So, I keep buying CDs! But what to play them on? Since Sony stopped manufacturing portable discman players, I've had to find a replacement player that was as good as a discman (or walkman). My search took me years. I tried the Best Buy, Lukasa and Hott CD players. There were problems with them all from sound to design to skipping. BUT AT LAST I HAVE FOUND A REPLACEMENT FOR THE SONY AND IT'S THE MONODEAL MD 601! The design is similar to the Sony Discman. It's light, opens easily and the CDs insert nicely with a small finger cutout. In fact there is soo much intelligence in this design: small LED lights go on, then go off, so you can use it in bed. The volume control is close to the on/off switch and headphone jack(s). (Yes, there are two headphone jacks.) Most importantly: The sound is excellent, with 5 balanced EQ settings! AND THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTED WITH MY TV SOUNDBAR. I am writing this review late because I wanted to buy another one of these players first! If I have any complaints, they are small ones: The rewind button goes back to the previous track. Also, the included 5 v, 1 amp charger plugs into a USB port, and you'll have to buy an AC adapter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED!

I haven't tested its Bluetooth capability yet; I'm just using it for home listening through Grado Alessandro Series M1 headphones. So far, I'm very satisfied.

I am completely happy with this CD player! I use it to pair with Bluetooth portable speakers for home and workplace use. I did not buy it for use in the car. It works as expected! The only improvement I would like to see is to see the lighted display stay on all the time while in use.

Needed a portable CD player for the SUV that can be connected to AUX when the OEM cd player broke and didn't want to spend $1000 on a new one. This player works great in the SUV. Doesn't take much room, controls are easy. Came with all the cords necessary and hasn't skipped a beat yet. Recommend.

This is a review of the MD-601 CD player.It's the year 2022 and CDs still exist and are in use, even though they are fairly niche since everything is digital now, it's nice to have physical, tangible copies of things since most digital products are merely licenses (that can be revoked, however unlikely), and CDs still do have value in that you can rip them and get lossless audio files that you can't get from digital services as easily (Apple Music makes you pay a subscription if you want that, and you lose access if you let the subscription lapse). It's also nice to take a trip back down memory lane when CDs were the defacto standard.CD PLAYER FEATURES:The CD player has some programmable functionality, with respect to playing back segments of tracks, or a sequence of tracks, which the paper manual included with the player mentions briefly, these kinds of features are probably why this CD player is more expensive than others offered here. It also has the ability to play music from a micro SD card (not included) that you can plug into the player. The max supported SD card size is 32GB according to the manual.Some minor tweaks that could be done to improve the player:1) It would be nice if the player could play/pause or otherwise respond to input from the attached bluetooth devices, such as how pinching AirPods is used to play/pause.2) The player displays the current track number and how many minutes/seconds into the track, but it does not display the track title. It would be nice if future models of this CD player had this functionality.3) User-replaceable batteries would be nice, batteries eventually wear down and stop holding as much charge (takes around 5 years, depending on use). An accessible compartment where the battery can be swapped, even if it's a battery that only the manufacturer sells, is better than no user-replaceable battery.CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE:Bonus points for the customer service. When I registered the device on their website for the lifetime warranty extension, I received an email from customer service fairly quickly confirming the registration, and they asked what I thought of the CD player or if I had any questions. Just what I was looking for, very pleased.

I use this product on my daily hike in the woods of Maine to listen to music or books on tape it never skips the sound quality is amazing and I especially like that it is rechargeable?no more buying and changing batteries . In the past I have bought many less expensive cd players only to be disappointed . I am completely satisfied with my new monodeal cd player .

This device would not pair with my bluetooth headset sitting right next to it. It would not pair with my new Yamaha bluetooth sound bar after many attempts. It did however attempt to pair with my next door neighbor's Sony TV which is at least 60' from my house. And my Samsung TV. I just wanted to listen to cds over my sound bar in my garage while I'm working. It is junk.

Yes I still listen to CD's and yes this is the one I recommend. After purchasing a number of CD players I found this player to be the best. The controls are easy to use, blue tooth was a breeze to set up to my speaker, no skips while walking and the player holds a charge for a extremely long time! I am very pleased with my purchase of the MONODEAL MD-601.

It says in the description that it has Bluetooth, so I was willing to pay the extra cost of this player to listen to books on tape or music CDs without being attached via headphones. But although I got it to connect to my AirPods , if the player was not within 8 inches of my head, it would not stay connected. It would not connect at all to my Bluetooth head phones or Bluetooth speakers. With the attachable headphones that came with it, the sound was great, but since wireless functionality was what I wanted I returned it.

CD player works as advertised, great portability and bluetooth capable. Works well with bluetooth speakers and in my vehicle audio system.

I love the Bluetooth feature of this Monodeal CD player. I have Bluetooth headphones and love that there are no cords getting caught and twisted. It easily fits in your purse, pkg, or pocket. The volume control has been improved so the volume doesn‘t change if the player shifts around. More features to mention but all around a great buy!!

The two earphone jacks to accommodate two sets of phones. Seems to sturdy construction with a backlight feature making use and portability a pleasant and safer option. So far skipping is not an issue and music, audiobooks and comedy albums work very well. Overall, a nice attractive unit.
